We build the image
before the
building.
A design and visualisation practice shaping ideas into spaces, imagery and experiences — working closely with clients and project teams to develop the vision.
What we do
From design development to final marketing, we bring together interior design, CGI, animation and aerial production to move projects from concept to completion.

The visualisation process
The same sequence on every project: geometry built from the drawings, cameras composed, materials and light resolved, then rendered. Each stage is approved before the next begins.
Film & animation
Don’t just show buyers the building. Let them experience it.
Let them walk
through it
Cinematic animation turns architectural plans and CGI into an experience buyers can understand, explore and connect with — before construction begins.

The Aerial Advantage
Aerial film that puts developments in context.
The context
around it
A development is more than the building itself. Aerial imagery shows its position within the wider landscape — the coastline, mountains, neighbourhood and surrounding environment — giving buyers a clear sense of place.

Concept to construction
Test and refine the design in 3D before construction begins — from early concepts and layouts through to the finished building.
Designed to
be built
Our in-house interior design practice works closely with clients and alongside architects and engineers to develop projects from concept to completion. We refine layouts, materials, furniture, lighting and detailing in 3D, then translate the approved design into clear construction drawings and specifications for execution.

The studio
Since 2014, Design Bureau has worked alongside property developers, architects and hospitality groups to translate architectural ideas into high-quality visual experiences — from individual residences to large-scale developments.
